Everything sounds better with a smile
Can you hear IT?
Have you ever noticed how a rigid conversation with your business partner can become a friendly one by just adding a smile? Or how much joy you feel when you’re talking on the phone with your beloved one and you feel her/his smile? I’m sure you did. People are capable of “hearing” the smile in others voices.When people smile, their voice sounds calmer, more expressive and it’s always a pleasure to listen to them.
Smile please!
Why? Because it will always make us feel better and will bring more attention and a good feedback, either we are talking about friends, business partners or clients.
Step back a second and “listen” to people smiles. They will certainly bring one on your face too.
